If the request is not included in the product catalog, then Research & Development at the request of the Service Center will evaluate whether the customer demand is feasible, by: 1. Translating the customer demand for a solution. 2. Monitor and assess the feasibility of the request. Check whether the goods can be transported by WWM or that an external supplier can be enabled.
The costs consist of two parts: 1. Cost per mile. This gives the cost per mile for the various goods transported by air. 2. Technical information and transport costs. This technical information can be used to examine whether the customer demand is feasible and to determine the exact costs of a request.
